Looking after your mental health is not always easy
Mental health problems are common and affect 1 in 4 adults at some time in their life so if you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts or other issues, you’re not alone.
If you are struggling or you are concerned about your emotional or mental health don't suffer in silence. We have a range of resources to help you.
We can now offer one-to-one sessions with Mia - our MIND wellbeing worker. Please speak to your GP about making an appointment to see her.
We have also produced this leaflet with lots of links to an extensive range of support, including books, apps, courses, treatments and much more (page 1 is for adults and page 2 covers services for children).
